摘要

本文对铝合金金属型铸造用浇注系统进行了系统地研究

提出了几类浇注系统的选用原则。试验证明

蛇形浇注系统是最佳形式。本文的研究结果在铸造X195活塞中进行了生产验证

取得了良好的应用效果。

Abstract

The gates of permanent mold casting for Al alloy are studied in this paper

and the method for selecting them is presented. It has shown that the S-shaped gate is the best type for Al alloy castings. The result has been proved right in producing X195 Al alloy pistons
