In order to fulfil the high-speed numerical simulation of casting solidification processes
the Dynamic Boundary Condition Calculation is proposed first time. On the basis of the Similitude Theory in the heat transfer
the authors put forward the Biot Criterion Amendment Formulae. The experiments show that comparing with the traditional simulation methods
it is able to have the used computer storage and time cut down by 60

and the relative error of the calculated solidification time is only 3.69%.
