研究了轻质Al-Li合金熔体与几种砂型材料表面间的交互作用
并考察了几种陶瓷涂料对合金表面质量及气孔形成的影响
结果与分析表明树脂砂干型和惰性涂料是适用于Al-Li合金铸件开发的造型材料。
Abstract
The interreaction between the melt of Al-Li alloys and the surface of several sand moulds was studied in this paper with a sands-covered graphite mould
and the influence of some ceramic coatings on the surface quality of the alloy was investigated. The result and analysis showed that dried sand mould and inert coatings were suitable moulding materials for Al-Li casting applications.
