摘要

本文对聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料模精密铸造工艺进行了探讨

提出了阶段升温的脱模、焙烧工艺

并对提高铸件表面质量的表面光洁剂进行了研究。

Abstract

In this paper

the ceramic shell process of expanded polystyrene （EPS） patterns was studied. The process of the step-raising-temperature was put forward to fire to remove EPS patterns and strengthen ceramic shell. Furthermore

the smoothing agent of surfaces was studied to improve the surface quality of castings.
