Abstract
The multiple modification of the rare earth-Al alloy by Na three-component modifier with the addition of B
C was investigated. The results show that the microstructure and mechanical properties are improved much more than that by Na three-component modifier or B
C respectively. The effective modification times can be prolongated over 2. Shours. The combined use of two modifiers does not change the respetive mechanism of reaction of both modifiers. However
the modification effect is intensified by combined influence of them.
