提出低温脱模、高温焙烧的工艺是可行的。

Abstract

Some influence factors on the strength of silicate-bound shells have been systemdy studied

and the process flowsheet and parameters to make a super-thin and high strength shell have been proposed. The raped vaporization of the pattern heated directly in furnace causes the shell to be easily crack. Thus three kinds of stripping processes have been studied for keeping the shells from craking. It is proposed in practical viewpoint to spripp the shells at lower temperatures but to roast them at higher ones.
