通过改变涂料透气性、涂层厚度和真空度等工艺因素对ZG25增碳影响的试验研究

提出了增碳过程主要发生在金属和铸型的界面的见解。认为降低EPS分解产物在铸型表面的沉积浓度有利于抑制铸钢件的增碳。

The carbon pick-up of cast steel ZG25 was studied by changing the technology factors such as coating permeability
