摘要

研究了载荷及滑动速度对ZA27和ZCusn6Zn6he3两种合金滑动摩擦特性的影响。试验表明

当名义接触应力大于7.94MPa

PV值大于90N·m/s时

用ZA27代替ZCusn6Zn6Pb3比较合理。

Abstract

This paper deals with the effects of load and sliding speed to the wearing properties of ZA27 and ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3 alloys. The result shows that the substitution of ZA27 for ZCuSn6Zn6Pb3 is reasonable when the nominal contact stress and the value of PV are respectively higher than 7. 94MPa and 90 N m/s.
