摘要

研究了以单质硅溶解法生产的硅溶胶性能。试验结果表明，单质硅硅溶胶与日本优质硅溶胶质量相当。

Abstract

The paper studied the properties of collidal silica sol made by simple substance silicon dissolving method. The results show that the quality of the collidal silica sol is about the same as those of high quality Collidal silica sol made in Japan.
