摘要

用自制的实验装置研究发现：水玻璃砂与铜合金形成机械粘砂的渗透压力为０．１８ＭＰａ。可用铝矾土醇基快干涂料，改善大型铜合金铸件的表面质量。

Abstract

It has been found by lab-made apparatus that the osmotic pressure of molten alloythrough sodium silicate sand is about 0.18 MPa

which may cause metal penetration. Alumina alcoholic quick-curing coatings may be used for improving the surface quality of large copper alloycastings.
