摘要

实验研究了作为发泡剂的空心微珠经表面处理后对改善与铝液的润湿性，提高发泡铝合金空隙率和空隙均匀度的作用。实验结果表明：与未经表面处理相比，经表面处理的空心微珠容易在铝液中弥散分布，且发泡时间延长。发泡工艺更便于控制。空隙大小及分布的均匀性改善。空隙率由６０％提高到６８％（经碳酸钠浸泡活化处理）和７２％（经表面镀镍）

Abstract

Effect of the surface treatment of hollow micro balls used as foaming agent on improving wettability with molten Al and increasing porosity and pore uniformity has been experimentally studied. The results show that hollow microballs by surface actived treating

compared with untreated hollow microballs

can be easily dispersed in the molten Al

and the pore size and dispersed uniformity are improved

and foaming time is enlonged

and foaming process is more beneficial to manipulate. The porosity increases from 60% to 68% or 72% as the balls are steeped in Na 2CO 3 aqueoas solution or treated by nickel plating

respectively.
