为提高预测铸件凝固收缩缺陷的准确度,提出了频率因子的概念。结合频率因子对判据G/R1/2的预测结果进行了研究,结果表明:判据与频率因子结合使用可大大提高预测结果的可靠性和精确度,判据值的大小与合金的结晶温度范围有关。
A conception of "frequency factor" is suggested for improving the accuracy to forecast the shrinkage defects. It shows that an sssociate use of the frequency factor and the criterion G/R could remarkably enhance the reliability and accuracy of forecasting. The numerical value of the criterion is related to the temperature range of solidification of the alloy.
