摘要

对采用燃烧合成方法所制备的Ｎｉ－Ｓｉ金属间化合物材料的组织结构及Ｔｉ对组织结构的影响等作了研究。结果表明，少量的Ｔｉ能使铸态组织明显细化，加入较多的Ｔｉ则可在铸态获得单相β户－Ｎｉ３Ｓｉ金属间化合物。

Abstract

Self--propagating high-temperature synthesis （SHS） is a novel processing technique for the production of advanced materials. The microstructures of the combustion synthesised Ni-it intermetallic compounds have been examined

and the influence of Ti on the microstructure has been investigated

It has been found that a small addition of Ti is beneficial to get products with fined as-cast microstructure. With more addition of Ti

it is possible to get single β1

-Ni3 Si phase in as-cast condition.
