对高纯和工业纯二元Al-7%Si亚共晶合金熔体在700~1200℃范围内进行过热处理,研究了不同过热温度的熔体在砂型和金属型凝固条件得到的固态显微组织、显微硬度、凝固过程冷却曲线特征参数及宏观晶粒组织。
The liquid of binary Al-7%Si alloys

has been superheated in the temperature range of 700-1200℃. The influences of superheating on the microstruture
microhardness
grain size and thermal analysis of solidification have been studied.High super-heating increases the α-Al dendrite size
has little effect on eutectic structure
doesn’t change the eutectic temperature and reduces slightly the primary solidification temperature. The changes of microhardness are not obvious
and the grain sizes are not affected for high purity alloys
but they are enlarged for commom purity alloys when superheating.
