根据ＥＰＣ法造型的特点，叙述了所研制的用于检测干砂振动造型过程压力传感器的设计原理、计算方法、结构尺寸、制作过静态和动态标定方法及结果。

Abstract

Based on the characteristics of EPC process

the design principle

calculation method

constructure dimension

manufacture procedure of pressure transducer that is used to test the pressure of dry sand during vibrating molding procedure are introduced. The pressure transducers are calibrated with a even gas press tester

and the response of the transducers in dry sand is also analyzed.
