摘要

通过改变压铸工艺参数和淬火时效，测定在静态载荷和动态循环载荷下ＧＤＡｌＳｉ９Ｃｕ３合金的力学性能和断裂力学性能，试验所获得的数据可用来估算压铸件的失效风险率

Abstract

This article is concerned with the experimental determination of mechanical and fracture mechanical properties （under static and cyclic loading） of the aluminum alloy GD AlSi9Cu3

changed die casting process parameters and quenched in water as well as aged. The data obtained from the tests are then used to assess the castings with respect to failure risk.
