摘要

分析研究了在不同铸型转速范围内覆砂时，砂层质量及布砂次数对砂层质量的影响，并在此基础上提出变转速２次布砂工艺，较好地解决了带有承口的铸型覆砂均匀性问题。

Abstract

The influence of mould rotative velocity and the coating times on the quality of coating layer in centrifugal mould are studied in this paper. A process of alternating the mould rotative velocity and coating 2 times is drown out. A uniformed coating layer can be obtained with this process.
