摘要

对低压铸造铝合金轮毂模具的温度场进行了现场测试，分析了生产过程中模具的温度分布与变化规律以及多种因素对模具温度的影响。获得的数据与分析结果为低压铸造模具设计及充型凝固模拟提供了有价值的依据

Abstract

A series of temperature measurements were conducted for Low Pressure Die Casting （LPDC） die of aluminum wheel. The temperature distribution and changing pattern in the die castings were obtained. Several factors which affect die temperature were analyzed

and their effects on the temperature distribution were tested and verified. The results showed that the maximum and minimum temperature of the die in a cycle was about 550 ℃ and 400 ℃ respectively. The variations of temperature in most places of the die were between 20 ℃ and 70 ℃. The results are significant for LPDC die design and LPDC simulation.
