摘要

研究了真空精炼的工艺以及对ＺＬ１０１合金组织和性能的影响。试验结果表明：真空精炼有很高的除气效率，针孔度最大可降低４级，它还有提高合金的致密性、力学性能和细化晶粒的作用。

Abstract

The vacuum refining technology and its effect on structure and properties of ZL101 alloy have been studied. Experimental results show that the porosity of the alloy is decreased by 4 grades due to high vaccum degassing efficiency. In addition

the compactness and mechanical property are raised and grain is refined for ZL101 alloy.
