摘要

通过详细论述对比两种不同典型铸造工艺的实际生产现状、应用历史背景以及工艺特点分析，阐述了金属型重力铸造在相比低压铸造现代汽车工业多气门发动机铝缸盖这一关键复杂零部件的工业化铸造生产中所体现的全球性绝对发展优势。

Abstract

Based upon a detailed comparable analysis on the actual production status

historical background of application and technological analysis of two different typical casting processes. It is firmly proved that the gravity diecasting process represents the worldwide significant advantage in comparison with low pressure diecasting process on the industrialized casting production of aluminium cylinder heads

which is regarded as one of the most important and complicated component especially for the multiple valve engines widely used today in the modern automotive industry.
