介绍了一种新的复合冷轧工作辊。这种复合轧辊是采用一种新的称做旋转电渣熔铸的方法生产的。即将半高速钢管状电极在同步旋转的结晶器与锻钢辊心之间的间隙中电渣重熔形成外层而制成复合轧辊

Abstract

A new compound roll for cold rolling was introduced. This compound roll was produced by a new socalled rotating electroslag method. Namely

the pipe shaped semihigh speed steel electrode remelted by electroslag process in the gap between the crystallizer and the core of forged steel rotating synchronously. As a result

the compound roll was formed with an outer layer of the semihigh speed steel and the core of forged steel.
