摘要

从金属凝固理论及流体力学理论出发，建立了描述铸造合金凝固过程中补缩现象的数学模型，通过分析与计算，定量地揭示了传统工艺的合理性，并指出了其中存在的一些偏见。

Abstract

From theory of metal solidification and fluid mechanics

the paper established the mathematical model which described feeding phenomend on the solidification process of foundry alloy. By the analysis and calculation

it is guantitatively showed that traditional technique is reasonable and is pointed out that there are some biases in the techniques.
