In this paper, die structure and design parameters, techno-economic analysis of squeeze casting for the aluminium alloy oil pump body were introduced. When the aluminium alloy oil pump body were manufactured with squeeze casting replacing die casting under pressure and hot die forging, not only were the defects as gas holes and non-metal inclusion in the die casting eliminated, but also the investment for hot die forging were decreased and the coefficient of material utilization were increased.
