摘要

研究了细晶铸造对Ｋ４１８Ｂ合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明，细晶铸造改善了合金中初生ＭＣ和γ′相的分布形态，并使它们的平均尺寸减小。细晶铸造Ｋ４１８Ｂ合金在６５０℃的低周疲劳寿命至少是普通铸造的４倍。

Abstract

The effect of fine grain casting process on the microstructure and mechanical properties of K418B superalloy has been investigated. Experimental result has shown that the improvement in the distributed morphology and the decrease in size of primary carbide （MC） and γ′ phase for the alloy have been obtained through the fine grain casting process. The low cycle fatigue life of the alloy with fine grain casting at 650 ℃ is three times more than that with convetional casting process.
