摘要

回顾了气化模材料热分解特性的研究成果，重点总结了最常用的ＥＰＳ材料的热分解产物的组成、发气量和气压及热分解产物在铸型中的传输特性；同时，阐明了研究气化模材料热分解特性的重要意义和尚待解决的问题。

Abstract

This paper has looked back the study of the thermal degradation properties of the polymer for EPC. A detail review is given for the thermal degradation properties of EPS most commonly used in EPC

including compositions of thermal degradation products

the amount of gas formed and pressure

the thermal degradation products tansfer in sand mold. Moreover

the importance of studying thermal degradation properties of the polymer for EPC and problems to be solved are expounded.
