摘要

研究了在熔模精密铸造中过滤净化碳钢、低合金钢和高合金钢等铸钢件的过滤新技术。通过测定铸钢试样的力学性能、进行金相分析、电子显微分析和生产应用，验证了采用熔模铸造帽式过滤器能改善铸钢性能、有效减少精铸件由于夹杂所造成的废品。为提高铸钢精铸件质量提供了新途径。

Abstract

A new filtration technique for purification of carbon

low and high alloy steel castings in investment casting was investigated. By means of mechanical properties determination

optic and electronic microscope examination and practical application it is verified that the usage of cap type filter could improve steel casting properties and effectively reduce inclusive cast defects in investment casting. The new way would be provided for quality improvement of investment steel castings.
