摘要

介绍采用天然植物树脂作粘结剂，潮模表干铸造工艺，成功地铸造出纯铜氧枪喷头的实验。采用这种新工艺，不仅缩短了生产周期、提高了劳动生产率，而且还提高了铸件质量，有显著的经济效益。

Abstract

In this paper the test of pure copper oxygen lance nozzle casting with surface drying of natural plant resin bound green sand has been introduced. This technology not only shortens the production period and raises labour productivity

but also improves the casting quality. As a result

there is obvious economic benefit.
