摘要

研究了成分配比和加热速度对ＳＨＳ－铸造Ｎｉ３（ＳｉＡｌ）金属间化合物的致密性的影响，并对合成产物的充型能力进行了分析。结果表明，提高加热速度和选择合适的成分配比可制备出较致密的Ｎｉ３（ＳｉＡｌ），合成产物的充型能力主要受燃烧合成温度与产物结晶特性的影响。

Abstract

In this paper

the influence of ingredient of compacts and heating speed on SHScasting Ni

（SiAl） intermetallic compounds has been investigated

and the mold filling capability of synthesis product has been also analysed. It is found that denser Ni

（SiAl） intermetallic compounds can be fabricated by increasing heating speed and selecting proper compacts ingredient. The filling capability of synthesis product is influenced mainly by combustion synthesis temperature and product solidification characteristics.
