The core shakeout problem for clamp casting was solved using dovetail slot structure. Axial shrinkage cavity in the carry ring were eliminated by calculation effective shrink distance of riser and using several risers （and runners） through casting construction analysis and leading riser design theory to investment casting. The quality of this casting is better than that of US clamp after destructive tensile test so as to obtain excellent economic benefit.
