应尽量使合模力中心与涨型力中心致;提高模具的刚度
包括适当增加模具厚度
采用不通孔模体
使用支撑钉;使用时保证分型面清洁和合适的间隙。
Abstract
The formation of the flashes in die casting processing are analysed
and the ways to reduce the flashes and improve the accuracy of diecastings are presented. To reduce the flash
it is necessary to make the center of locking force of the die casting machine in line with the center of opening force resulted from injection pressure as much as possible
to increase the rigid of the mould
including increasing the thickness of the platens appropriately
utilizing the solid enclosed bolster and supporting pillars
and to keep the parting surface clean and reasonable allowance during operation.
