摘要

叙述了铸造合金工具钢矫直机用辊环的材质选择，制造工艺和有关技术特性。采用１６５Ｃｒ１２ＭｏＶＷ（Ｘ１６５ＣｒＭｏＶ１２）钢种以离心浇注、热脱模保温缓冷和低淬低回热处理等工艺技术制造矫直机辊环。１６５Ｃｒ１２ＭｏＶＷ合金工具钢辊环较之常用的９Ｃｒ２Ｍｏ系列锻造辊环硬度高、耐磨性优良，生产周期短，有较好的经济效益。

Abstract

In this artical the selection of material of cast alloy tool steel roller rings for straightener

manufacturing process and related technical properties are reviewed.Adopt of 165Cr12MoVW（X165CrMoV12）steel grade for roller rings by centrifugal casting

casting ring drawing from hot molding for slow cooling and quenchingtempering heat treatment at low temperatures are proposed.165Cr12MoVW alloy tool steel rings exhibit higher hardness

better wear resistance

shorter production period and better economic benefit than conventional forged 9Cr2Mo material.
