摘要

通过分析ZL104和ZL108合金铸件

找到了Al-Si合金铸件表面出现“雪花斑”的原因。发现宏观晶粒尺寸大的合金易于出现“雪花斑”;微观上

一次晶轴和二次枝晶间距大的合金由于硬的共晶组织和软的α（Al）分布不均而易于产生“雪花斑”。对ZL104合金加快冷却速度或添加质量分数为2%的Al5TiB细化剂能有效防止“雪花斑”的产生。

Abstract

The mechanism forming snow shaped speckles on worked face of Al Si alloy castings was discovered by analyzing ZL104 and ZL108 alloy castings.The snow shaped speckles usually appear on Al Si alloy with coarse macro grain; microcosmically

due to uneven distribution of hard eutectic.structure and soft α（Al）dendrite grain on the Al Si alloy with first dendrite axis and secondary dendrite arm spacing widely

it is easy to form snow shaped speckles.They can be prevented from appearing by accelerating cooling rate or adding 2% Al5TilB to ZL104 alloy.
