摘要

通过对铝合金双十字轴的制造工艺分析，提出了采用普通砂型铸造该零件的方法。详述了这类零件的铸造工艺，铸件性能。分析了这种方法所制造的零件，其电气性能满足使用要求的机理。在严格各项铸造工艺，特别是控制型芯尺寸精度、表面粗糙度的条件下，采用普通砂型铸造的方法来制造这类铝合金波导器件是可行的，同时提出有待改进的一些问题

Abstract

Based on manufacturing technology analysis of the aluminium double\|cross axle

a method to make this component by conventional sand mold is put forward. In this paper the casting technology and properties of the component are described in details. The mechanism of satisfactory electrical performance is also analyzed. It is pointed out that it is possible to manufacture this aluminium alloy waveguide component by this method in strictly controlled casting technological condition

expecially in dimensional accuracy and surface roughness of the core.\=
