摘要

采用加压凝固工艺，并结合在模板厚大部位安放工艺芯和内冷铁，成功地消除了陶瓷型精铸铝模板的缩孔，缩松及表面缩凹等缺陷。

Abstract

The shrinkage void

porosity and surface sinking in Al pattern plate have been eliminated by means of pressurized solidification in connection with technological core and inner chill in heavy thickness in ceramic mold.
