摘要

分析了用消失模涂料透气性评价实际涂层排气能力时的局限性。提出用ｖ来评价消失模涂料实际涂层的排气能力更为直观。建立模型推导出涂层排气能力ｖ的计算公式，并运用实例计算验证

Abstract

The coating permeability in evaluating gas exhausting ability of actual coating wafer is indirect and limited in lost foam casting.It is better and visual to use a new parameter called v .The method of calculating the gas exhaust ability is given and proved by actual example.
