摘要

局部加压法是特种压铸方法———精、速、密压铸（ARD）的变形方式

适合于生产厚壁压铸件

能有效地提高机床和模具的使用寿命。针对壁厚悬殊的压铸件的生产难题

提出对普通压铸机进行技术改造

通过改变压铸机的控制线路或控制程序

使普通压铸机能以局部加压的方式进行生产

解决普通压铸机生产此类压铸件的难题

Abstract

Local pressurization suitable for thick walled casting is a variation of special die casting with effective increase in service life of the machine and the die. Aimed to producing the die castings with quite uneven walled thickness

it is necessary to redesign the controlled circuits or programming procedure in self owned conventional die casting machine to enable the local pressurization favorable for the uneven walled casting production.
