摘要

介绍了用选择性激光烧结（ＳＬＳ）快速成型技术直接制造覆膜砂铸型（芯）的特点及工艺过程。结合铸件生产，分析研究了ＳＬＳ铸型（芯）的工艺设计、三维实体造型及铸型后处理等过程中所遇到的问题。

Abstract

The characteristics and process of the coated sand mold （core）made by selective laser sintering rapid prototyping are introduced.The problem in technology design and three dimensional CAD model making and post treatment of the SLS coated sand mold （core）are analyzed and investigated combining with practical casting production

and some casting are made by the SLS mold （core）.
