摘要

研究了以磷酸铝为粘结剂、煅烧冶金镁砂为硬化剂的壳型松散料。并应用其制作壳型，生产材质为３Ｃｒ２Ｗ８Ｖ的热锻模具。结果表明：所研制的松散料，具有良好性能，控制方便，成本低，适合于形状较简单的壳型铸造。

Abstract

In this paper

the loose mixture with aluminum phosphate colloid as binder and metallurgical magnesia as hardening agent for shell mold was studied.3Cr2W8V steel hot forging die was fabricated in the shell mold with above mentioned mixture.The results indicated that the loose mixture has good properties

convenient control and low cost.It is suitable to produce shell mold for simple casting.
