摘要

以自制的铝合金消失模涂料为基础，对消失模水基涂料的流变行为进行了深入研究。探讨了凹凸棒土水悬浮液及其在消失模水基涂料中的流变行为，结果表明凹凸棒土能大大改善消失模水基涂料的流变性。

Abstract

With the self developed EPC coating for aluminum alloy

the relationship between rheological behavor and technical properties of EPC coatings have been investigated deeply.The rheological behaviors of attapulgite clay water suspension liquid and attapulgite containing coating are studied.The results show that the rheological property of EPC water\|based coating with attapulgete clay addition can be improved greatly.
