摘要

通过重力分离ＳＨＳ法制备陶瓷内衬复合弯管，研究了合成工艺（装料密度和预热温度）对铝热燃烧过程和复合弯管组织性能的影响。研究发现，装料密度对燃烧过程具有双重影响，燃烧速率和陶瓷层中尖晶石含量在装料密度为１．５ｇ／ｃｍ３时，分别具有极大值和极小值；预热处理可极大促进燃烧过程，使得燃烧速率随预热温度升高而增大，并引起陶瓷层中尖晶石含量减少

Abstract

Based on gravitational separation SHS process to produce curved ceramic\|lined pipes

influences of synthesis techniques including mixture density and preheating temperature on thermit combustion process

and the structure and properties of the curved pipes have been investigated . It is found that mixture density has duplex effects on combustion process

and maximum combustion rate and minimum content of spinel phases in ceramic layers reach as mixture density up to \{1.5\} g/cm\+2; Preheating treatment will promote combustion process greatly

increase combustion rate and reduce spinel phase in ceramic layers with the increase of preheating temperature.\=
