Based on gravitational separation SHS process to produce curved ceramic\|lined pipes
influences of synthesis techniques including mixture density and preheating temperature on thermit combustion process
and the structure and properties of the curved pipes have been investigated . It is found that mixture density has duplex effects on combustion process
and maximum combustion rate and minimum content of spinel phases in ceramic layers reach as mixture density up to \{1.5\} g/cm\+2; Preheating treatment will promote combustion process greatly
increase combustion rate and reduce spinel phase in ceramic layers with the increase of preheating temperature.\=
