摘要

对金属型铸造手柄的几种典型缺陷的形成机理和克服缺陷的对策及工艺方法进行了分析,认为应从模具设计、合金熔炼和工艺控制三个方面综合分析,全面加以解决,才能有效克服铸造缺陷,提高铸件质量和成品率。

Abstract

Formation mechanism of some typical defects, method for overcoming defects and technique of handle by gravity die casting have been analyzed. Three aspects at the die design, alloy melting and technical control should be synthetically considered, fully solved, and then to overcome defects effectively and to improve casting quality and rate of end product.
