摘要

液态铝合金中的氢直接影响到铸件和铸锭质量。阐述了液态铝合金中氢的来源及其影响因素，探讨了铝液去氢方法。通过研究Ａｌ－Ｌｉ合金真空精炼与除氢规律，使Ａｌ－Ｌｉ合金中氢的含量降至０．１×１０－６左右，为提高Ａｌ－Ｌｉ合金性能及Ａｌ－Ｌｉ合金的批量生产打下基础

Abstract

The qualities of aluminium castings and ingots are directly in fluenced by the hydrogen content in aluminium melt

therefore

the source of hydrogen in aluminium melt and its affecting factors have been discussed in this paper

also the kinetic behavior of hydrogen in Al melt and degassing process has been discussed. For instance

the hydrogen content of AlLi alloy could be decreased up to 0.110-6 by means of vacuum degassing process after the experimental investigation of vacuum degasing level and time.
