其基体组织晶粒细小
SiC颗粒基本呈均匀随机分布
无明显堆积及脱粘现象
且与基体结合良好。抗拉强度和弹性模量比基体材料分别提高 20%~32%和7.6%~43%
从而为颗粒增强金属基复合材料管、棒材的制备提供了一种减少工序
节能节材的可行方法。
Abstract
The characteristics of micristructure and properties of SiCp/LY12 composite prepared by liquid-solid extrusion process and their mutual relation were discussed in the paper. The results show that the grains of matrix is fine and SiC particles distribute well and random. There exists no collection of SiC particles. The bonding among the particles and matrix is strong. Compared with the matrix alloy
the tensile strength and elastic modulus increase separately to 20 - 32% and 7.6 - 43% .These results proved that the liquid-solid extrusion process is a kind effective method for manufacturing tube and bar products of metal matrix composites reinforced by particles. Liquid-Solid Extrusion
