摘要

为了更直观和准确地显示整个铸件各部位在凝固过程中各时刻的三维标量场物理量的数值模拟结果

设计了一种称之为表面绘制的显示技术。采用该技术来显示铸件各部位在凝固过程中各时刻的三维标量场

可以直观地观察铸件表面三维标量场物理量的分布情况。该技术已成功地应用于BUAA CAST铸造过程仿真系统中

用于显示铸件整体的各物理量数据信息。

Abstract

A display technique of surface rendering was developed in order to display the numerical simulation results of 3 D scalar field physical quantity of the whole casting during solidification process visually and precisely. The distribution of physical quantity of 3 D scalar field of casting surface can be observed visually using the technique to display the 3 D scalar field. The technique is applied to BUAA CAST casting process simulation system successfully.
