将电解镍与粗钒熔炼成Ni4 0 V60 合金
在 180 0～ 2 0 0 0℃精炼约 3 0min后于真空状态注入紫铜水冷锭模中
待合金锭在真空条件下凝固并冷却到 40 0℃以下时出炉
经过破碎即得到储氢材料的前驱体Ni V中间合金

Ni 40 V 60 alloy is melted and refined in vacuum induction furnace with vacuum rate 1.33×10 -2 Pa at 1 800～2 000 ℃
30 min holding time and poured in water cooled copper mald.The poured ingot solidified under vacuum condition and cooled below 400 ℃ is taken out.The broken Ni V master is used for hydrogen storage material.
