摘要

对因硅溶胶型壳裂纹而引起的铸件毛刺进行了试验分析

找出了影响此类缺陷的主要原因和相关工艺参数

将试验结果应用于实际生产取得了一定的效果。

Abstract

Experimental analysis has been conducted for burr of casting caused by crackle of silica sol. The key reason and relevant technological parameten for this kind of defect was found. A definite effect was obtained through applying the experimental results to practical production.
