摘要

研究了Zn

Al含量对高锌镁合金的密度、显微组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明

含锌（质量分数） 2 0 %～ 2 5 %、铝 5 %～ 10 %之间的镁合金的着火点高于 740℃

密度约为 2 .2g/cm3

可采用常规熔炼方法熔炼。该材料的强度σb 为 14 5～ 16 4MPa

有希望发展成为一类新型的镁合金

Abstract

Influence of Zn and Al contents on the density

microstructure and properties of high Zn Mg alloy was investigated. The kindling point of Mg alloy with Zn 20%～25% and Al 5%～10% is more than 740 ℃ and density of the Mg alloy is approximately 2.2g/cm 3. Conventional casting technology could be adopted to produce the Mg alloy casting with tensile strength 145～164 MPa.
