摘要

对当前众所关注的压铸机实时压射控制系统作了较为全面的阐述和介绍。从影响铸件质量的主要因素出发

提出实时压射控制思路的由来

进一步涉及到实时压射控制系统的实质性内容

及其对压铸优质铸件所带来的实效。阐述了组成该系统的关键之所在

结合生产现状提出应该注意的问题

还有如何认定系统本身应具有的精度和灵敏度指标

以及引进该设备中所要求提供的测试数据等

Abstract

Real time injection control system of die casting machine was expounded in all its aspects. The initiation of real time control thought from the key factors influencing casting quality was introduced

and then the essential content of real time injection control system was expounded. The real effect of the system on qualified die casting was expounded also. Some attentions in practical production were proposed.
