即主干型腔和非主干型腔
这二个区域填充状况是不一样的
只有顺应这个规律
搞好压铸模设计
特别是浇注系统的设计
才是提高压铸产品品质的根本途径。
Abstract
Reason of quality difference for the same die casting was analyzed. It is indicated that there exist two areas in mold filling process
namely
primary trunk die cavity and non primary trunk die cavity. The two areas are different in filling quality. The radical ways to improve die casting quality are conformable to the law with respect to die casting die design
especially the gating system design.
