研究了工艺参数和热处理对压铸AZ91D合金力学性能的影响。试验结果表明
AZ91D合金在普通冷室压铸机条件下可以得到的力学性能为 :σb=2 3 2MPa
δ5=3 .1%
HBS为 76
Ak=5 .1J。热处理后的力学性能可达到 :σb=2 43MPa
δ5=4.6%
HBS =6 5
Ak=19J。通过改善合金液品质和控制压铸工艺参数可以获得满足装饰性或功能性要求的镁合金压铸件
并可通过热处理改善其力学性能。
Abstract
Influence of processing parameters and heat treatment on mechanical properties of die cast AZ91D alloy was studied. The results showed that the as cast mechanical properties: σ b=232 MPa
δ 5=3.1%
HBS=76
A k=5.1 J
of die cast AZ91D alloy and heat treated properties: σ b=243 MPa
δ 5= 4.6%
HBS=65
A k=19 J can be obtained in conventional cold chamber press. The mechanical properties of Mg alloy die castings with decorative or functional requirement through improvement of alloy melt quality
the control of die casting processing parameters and the heat treatment can be improved.
